If you are syncing for the first time with a new device and have many projects or the projects have HQ pictures, Story Planner may need some minutes to finish its first Sync. Please be aware that sometimes it may take a while for the app to sync, especially if there are large images in the projects or that the internet connection is slow. Mac: In System Preferences, click "iCloud" and see the value at the bottom of the screen.iOS: In Settings, go to "iCloud" and see the value on the Storage button.Ensure that your iCloud account isn't low on space. If your iCloud account is low on storage space, freeing up space may help.If your device is low on battery, charge it until it is out of Low Power Mode. Ensure that your device isn't low on battery. Low Power Mode disables syncing to extend battery life.Under "Settings > Cellular", see if Story Planner and iCloud Drive are enabled. On iPhone, ensure that iCloud Drive can use cellular data. If you're using cellular data, see if iCloud and Story Planner have permission to use cellular data.You need the same Apple ID on all your devices to access the same data on iCloud. ![]() iCloud Sync enabled on Story Planner on all your devices.iCloud Drive enabled on all your devices ( Apple has instructions for Mac and iOS devices).An iCloud account with enough free space for your projects and the pictures in your projects.(See: How to know the version of Story Planner?) You need version 5.0 or later of Story Planner on all your devices.If you notice missing projects or updates, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try. Please keep in mind that to have the app on all your devices, you will have to buy it separately for Mac and iOS. Story Planner automatically syncs your projects to all devices, as long as you have the application installed and use the same iCloud Drive account on all your devices.
